Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Public Service from the University of Notre Dame. He volunteers with Farming 4 Hunger, which is a non-profit organization that provides local produce for food banks in Southern Maryland while building a stronger community. Steve is a Commissioner with Maryland’s Veterans Home Commission and a small business owner. Steve’s military awards include citations for combat deployments in Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, and Africa. In the previous 13 years, he deployed to the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Pacific in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. In this position, he assisted with talent selection and preparations for the virtual NFL Draft. Since February 2020, Steve has worked with the Baltimore Ravens Player Personnel Department. Steve is a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy Reserve and a Navy SEAL. is from Chesapeake Beach, Maryland, and is placed at the United States Department of Labor.
